As a professional in the real estate field serving Columbia since 1994, Jeri Lou has earned the designations of ABR, CRS & GRI. She is happy to assist you whether you are buying, selling, or simply needing advice on the building process. Jeri Lou has been co-owner of Shindler Homes Construction for over 25 years and assisted in floor plans and design for her clients. In her spare time Jeri Lou enjoys spending all the time she can with her grandchildren! After graduating from the University of Missouri- Columbia in 2004, Holli obtained her real estate/broker license and joined Jeri Lou in the family business of Real Estate and Construction full time. With her time off, Holli enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and yoga. Having relocated from Texas 30 years ago Jeri Lou and Holli are familiar with the process of becoming comfortable in a new environment and would love to help you with your transition. With 50 years combined experience this mother/daughter team is eager to put their expertise to work for you. They have it covered whether you are tech savvy or still prefer a good old fashioned phone call- they are ready to meet your needs!
